What if their nights don’t get quieter?

Then you don’t pay for it. If your child isn’t sleeping more quietly with the mouth closed within 100 nights, send us one email and we refund you in full. Keep the pillow — there’s nothing to send back.

How quickly will I notice a difference?

Most children get used to Nimbo within the first few nights. The breathing you hear at the door usually gets calmer and quieter in the first one to two weeks, and the mornings change over the weeks after that. Use it every night — consistency is what counts.

Which size do I need?

There are three sizes: Small for ages 1–3 (2–4 cm), Medium for ages 3–8 (4–6 cm) and Large for ages 8–18 (6–9 cm). In between two sizes? Choose the larger one.

Does it help if my child already breathes through the mouth?

That's exactly what it changes. The three-zone shape keeps the head from tipping back — the position in which the mouth usually falls open — so it's easier for your child to sleep with the lips closed and breathe through the nose. If your child snores very loudly or seems to pause their breathing, have a chat with your GP or dentist as well.

Will my child actually use it?

Yes. The shape feels supportive, not strange. Most children get used to it within one or two nights. There's no "correct" position they have to hold and no battle at bedtime.

Is it safe? What is it made of?

A supportive memory-foam core inside a soft, breathable 3D honeycomb-knit cover, finished with navy piping. We recommend using it with a pillowcase: wash the case and the pillow stays fresh. Use Nimbo from age 1 — babies under 12 months should sleep without a pillow.

How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?

Shipping is free on every order to the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, and every parcel is tracked. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivery usually takes 7–12 business days.

Can I order more than one?

Yes — and you save when you do. Choose 2 or 3 pillows in the offer box on the product page and pick the age group for each pillow separately, so siblings can each get the right size.
