These terms cover your use of this website and any order you place on it. Placing an order means you accept them.
Who we are
SOMNARA sells the Nimbo™ three-zone pillow direct to customers in the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. The way to reach a person is loominouscontact@gmail.com; we answer within one working day, Monday to Friday.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in your local currency. Shipping is free. We take payment when you order. If a price is wrong through an obvious error we contact you before dispatch so you can confirm or cancel; we never simply charge the higher amount.
Your order
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract begins when we email you to confirm dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order we tell you and refund you in full.
What the product is
Nimbo™ is an ergonomic pillow for children aged 1 to 18. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Snoring and mouth breathing can have medical causes; if your child snores loudly, seems to pause their breathing or is very tired during the day, speak to your GP or dentist. Babies under 12 months should sleep without a pillow.
Returns
Covered in full by our refund policy.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
