The 100-Night Promise: quiet, closed-mouth nights within 100 nights — or your money back.
A pillow can only be judged by sleeping on it, so a used Nimbo™ is covered. Let your child sleep on it for up to 100 nights from delivery. If they aren't sleeping more quietly with the mouth closed, email loominouscontact@gmail.com within 100 nights of delivery and we refund the product price in full, to the payment method you used. Keep the pillow.
How to start it
One email with your order number and a line about how it went. There is no form and no restocking fee. We reply within one working day with the next steps.
Do I have to send it back?
No. Keep the pillow — there is nothing to send back.
When the money arrives
We refund within five working days of agreeing it. Your bank then takes its own time, usually three to five working days.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item
Send us a photo and we replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer — nothing to post back.
Your statutory rights
You may cancel a distance-sold order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 100-night promise is offered in addition to that right and does not replace it, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
